McDonald's in Dusseldorf

Took wrong order and then refused to change/return it.

I yodelled down a big hash brown was awesome 10/10

We even got a couple of special glasses and the classic Christmas cucumber for free. Very nice staff :)

Smiling and friendly staff, fresh food, but the place really needs a makeover .... It's also a pity that there is no McCafé.

They gave us frappe caramel instead of chocolate.

Mcs as you know it very clean and courteous staff

Very poor customer care

I'm excited!!! The Red Bull was forgotten on my last order. Today I ordered another one and I actually had a note on the receipt (Lieferando picked it up) with a big sorry and a 2nd Red Bull in the bag. Many thanks for that !!! Especially since the delivered food is still very warm. :) Always my pleasure.

You have ice cream that tastes good

Absolute snot Staff at the checkout are friendly but mostly the food is cold and has been there for a long time. The toilet service is very lagging and unnecessary. Toilets always dirty and the service just miserable and unfriendly. Just because you weren't careful at school and you have to work as a toilet service now doesn't make you behave so miserably.

Just disgusting !! Old fries are mixed with fresh ones !! Hamburger completely dry and hard on the edge !! At least there were new fries after the complaint ...

Nothing special, the McDonalds is dark, small and looks dirty. Food is just the normal standard, as in all branches. A classic shop when you come out of the old town late at night, are hungry and don't care about anything else.

Not Bad, but not Perfect

We were passing through and were a little hungry and needed a toilet. So we got something to eat and used the toilet on site. First off, the toilet was surprisingly clean. Therefore 2 stars. Now for the negative part. There is a sign on site that costs 50 cents to use the toilet if you don't buy anything. Despite the fact that my girlfriend was waiting for me with the McDonald's bag, the money was tied to me. When I pointed out the sign to the lady, the answer was only succinctly with a rude undertone "Because of Corona". Well ... Understandable, but then you can point it out accordingly. Now to the essentials. Our burgers were cold, dry and already hard on the edge. The meatball was totally dry. The only warm thing was the fries. The staff were rude and seemed overwhelmed. I like going to McDonald's. But not more to this one.

At that time it was my favorite McDonalds branch but after a few years I was there again, I don't feel like going back to mc donalds at all. Unfriendliness is probably very important to the cashiers. They have to learn about the fresh fries again ...

The staff was rude even though we followed the COVID-19 measures. I didn't find it funny that we weren't allowed to go into the store. Will eat my burger somewhere else from now on.

Classic McDonalds restaurant ... however: Right now, during Covid 19 times, guests are entering the restaurant without a mask. The minimum distance is not observed and the staff only poorly supervises this. It is a miracle that it has not yet been noticed by the regulatory office. It would be closed immediately. The fact that a correspondingly large number of guests visit the restaurant in the old town is no excuse.

At this McD they don't have proper sitting place . It is small but staff is friendly and service is fast. Cleanliness is Ok. I can't comment on washroom cleaniness, as I haven't used. Overall it is typical McD.
